Chasing Strength Performance was built on the belief that every athlete deserves programming designed for them not a template, not a workout-of-the-day. It's a private training program rooted in college athletics methodology, now focused on serving athletes in La Verne, CA and the surrounding communities.
MEET THE FOUNDER
CHASE SANDERS
Chase Sanders has spent 13+ years in the strength and conditioning field, including a decade in college athletics with football strength staffs at Weber State and Utah State, and seven years as Director of Sports Performance at Cal Poly Pomona. He spent three years as an assistant Sport Performance Coach at Orange Lutheran High School before launching Chasing Strength Performance a private, garage-based training program in La Verne, CA.
Today, Chase also serves as Director of Sports Performance for the football and baseball programs at Damien High School. His approach is athlete-centered and individualized focused on movement quality, functional strength, measurable progress, and the habits and character that define long-term athletic success. The Chasing Strength garage gym isn't just a training space; it's a performance community where athletes are challenged, developed, and held to a high standard.
